Wish I could give this product zero stars - this is basically a disposable product. There is a known common failure - the plastic bell unit of the immersion blender attachment will split after a certain amount of use, which will allow the external shaft to move rendering the blender unusable.
If you check on their own website and other reviews, this is a known problem, yet Abuler does not offer this part as a separate unit for sale which now makes this a $50 paperweight.
Contacting customer service will simply give you the runaround before they finally tell you "we do not offer this as a separate part for sale".
Shop elsewhere - Abuler products are poorly designed and made.

Worked great for about a year until the gromet under the blade broke, which is required to function. The company does not sell replacement parts, meaning the entire unit goes into a landfill and I buy a new blender from a different manufacturer.
I owned an Abuler blender for less than two years. The gears on the black blade top (not the motor housing and not the clear plastic cup) sheared off completely destroying the black top component. While very disappointed that this broke after less than two years of use, I understand plastic breaks. I went to their website and searched online for spare parts but couldn’t find anything. I tried their auto chatbot on their website and got no response. I email and heard back they do not sell any spare parts except cups. I told them without this one little part, the unit was worthless. They refused to sell me just the blade cap component that broke and told me the only option was to buy an entire new kit. Not only is that expensive but also a waste of the current motor (I don’t need to heavy bulky motor housing units, and don’t want to throw one away). Be sure to look elsewhere when buying a blender; things break, I get it. But offer replacement spare parts for those of us who still prefer to fix things and not just throw them out to the landfill when they break.
i received as a gift and was excited to use it- great handy chopper too- I almost retired my cuisinart- however after 5-6 salad dressings the plastic bell that attaches to the motor on the immersion blender cracked in 3 places when I contact the company they will only send replacement if I provide Amazon receipt which i do not have as it was a gift- so it is a disposable blender- will buy a much better one and keep cuisinart chopper- to the trash it goes! DO NOT BUY- imvest more in quality- this is cheap plastic!
Received as a gift- I use the immersion blender once a week or for salad dressings and love the little chopper too however after a few uses the bell made of cheap plastic that attaches to the motor broke in several places- Didn't realize it at first kept using it could have been dangerous as the mixing stick comes loose from motor- I am trying to get replacement from customer service and it is proving challenging- it was a gift no receipt- what else is
possible! How can I het a replacement piece?

Are there better ones out there? Yes. But for the price, this is pretty good. Has many attachments and accessories. Great to use when you need to break down smaller items and do not want to pull the large standard blender out. Well packaged, and by the weight of it, i would say most likely will last for a long while, as it doesn't seem like it will easily break.
This has been a great addition to the kitchen and has been super nice that I only need one thing that can attach to so many things and not have to have a ton of different contraptions. I have really liked this.
Works great to make smoothies
Ive been wanting one of these for the longest. This is even better than just the emersion blender because it comes with a bigger blender to handle more things. I blend more things now than i ever have! I always find something to blend up lol.
I have been needing a new one of these< i never heard of. This company so i decide to take a chance and give them a try and I as so happy I did. This works better than my Hamilton Beach immersion blender that cost me $79. This came with more stuff and more speed levels, you can make sauces, salsa, blend up a smoothie or make some whip cream. This is a must have for every kitchen.
This handheld immersion blender has been on our kitchen counter since the day I unpacked it and tested it. We use it every day, mostly for blending fruit smoothies or chopping vegetables for salads. It comes with various attachments. The only attachments we have not used yet are the whisks. The blender has good power and will blend up smoothies very fast. The attachments are easy to connect and disconnect and everything included is easy to wash as they all come apart quickly. It takes up less space and is easier to use than our regular blender, and is more versatile as well. For the price this is a great kitchen appliance that I didn't think I really needed but now find I can't go without. Love it and recommend it.

I make a morning smoothie/protein shake every morning and was tired of using my big blender to make them. Then I got this immersion blender. Holy moly, it is powerful! It pulverized the ice cubes and then whipped up the protein and fiber powder into frothy goodness. It comes with a tumbler of the perfect size to blend in. Hang on to this thing! It will take off if you dont.The blending part comes off easily for cleaning- I just rinse it off after use. I havent used the food processor yet but I expect good things from it.
The cup is not quite big enough have to be careful. I get premade smoothie mixes and have to let them thaw slightly before making so they fit.
This broke immediately!! I ordered extra cups so received an extra bottom blade mixer piece. Upon unscrewing the first smoothie the bottom of the blade came out but the outside piece you hold unscrewed and came off. I could not get the smoothie out. I had to pry the blade portion off that stayed behind and it was stuck. Tried another blade my smoothie leaked out all over! Piece of junk!!
Very powerful motor, absolutely perfect. Would be nice if they would include a pitcher in the kit. That's the only thing missing.
My daughter LOVES smoothies and this blender is perfect for her. It is easy to use and to clean. The price point makes this something that she can use but it wont break a budget. In addition to the smoothies, she loves making homemade pasta sauces. She loves how the tomatoes are crushed for her sauces.On top of being easy to use, another convenient feature is that the majority of the device and accessories are dishwasher safe.Overall, works well and it worth purchasing!
Can't believe how well this works and how much you get for the price. Good power too! Easy to use and clean. So far there's been no problems blending the food to the consistency that I need
This immersion blender is powerful and the build quality seems good. There are 2 switches on the blender described as Switch I and Switch II, but there is no indication of which switch is appropriate to use for various tasks, so trial and error would be your best option. Almost all of the connections to the various accessories are solid, easy to assemble, intuitive and strong. I've used the chopping bowl to dice onions and it does a good job.My only concern is that the chopping bowl top locks in place by twisting and engaging a small plastic nub, and if you use it enough I expect this nub is going to wear or break off and the bowl will be useless. Right now, this isn't an issue, and the blender itself can always be used, just not to chop, if these weak points wear out. This is a theoretical issue, but it concerns me. They might want to address this in the next release because it seems to be the only weak point in an otherwise well designed device.The user guide is simple and contains a LOT of cautions. I suspect that most users who are trying to chop vegetables or other foods, are expecting the blades to be sharp. In case your expectations differ, the warnings will guide you.
I have a perfectly good immersion blender that does a good job. But it is a pain in the neck to clean, and I have absolutely gotten my (parent's) money worth out of it. It was a gift from them at least twenty years ago.Because it still works, I have hesitated to order another one. I finally took the plunge, and I am so very glad that I did. This one is a breeze to clean, it is far more powerful... and it does way more than just blend.I have not yet used all of the attachments, but I truly love the blender and the chopper. I'm hoping to get the little mini food chopper out of my kitchen now too, but my husband and 24-year-old son use that a lot, so I have to get their buy in. The thing is that this chopper is far easier to clean than the other one too.I love appliances that do more than one thing, and this is something I'm finding myself using every day. I love that I can vary the speed, starting slow and getting faster as needed.Did I mention it is easy to clean?
While I do have an immersion blender that I use quite frequently I was intrigued by this multi combination of gadgets that we have here. I use a lot of chopped vegetables in my cooking and figured the chopper could be a big timesaver. I like the chopping vessel a lot because it holds a good bit of raw material. I didn't have to stop, empty and reload it like I have to do with my manual chopper. The base unit is kind of heavy compared to the immersion blender that I've had for years but hopefully sturdy translates to long wearing. Although I've only had a chance to try out the chopper so far I expect I will be using all the functions pretty frequently. It's going to be so extra to be able to froth hot chocolate in the winter! I did see some poor reviews but fingers crossed that this gives me years of service and I will update if needed. But so far, so good!
Used the blender on some sweet potatoes and it made them super smooth.Feels well built and great power. East to clean and compact for storage.I have not used the other accessories yet but it is nice to know I have them if needed.
